Introduction
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of training programmes.
About the Employer
PB Training Services Ltd was founded in 1998 by Father and son Bill and Paul Latham. We work closely with small to large infrastructures, and we provide health and safety training to a wide variety of different industries, such as construction including demolition, engineering, oil and gas, and education throughout the West Midlands.
Group CEO, Alex Latham and Paul have 23 years of health and safety experience between them and have attained a Graduate Membership with IOSH, OSHCR and a Fellowship status with the Royal Society for Public Health and the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management.
What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, including booking venues, arranging resources, and managing participant registrations
- Maintain accurate records of training programmes, schedules, and participant attendance
- Assist with the preparation of training materials and ensure all resources are available for trainers and participants
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding training schedules, updates, and changes
- Handle inquiries related to training programmes and provide customer service support to participants
- Process training-related documents, including invoices, contracts, and certificates
- Track and report on training outcomes, feedback, and evaluations
- Support trainers and facilitators with logistical arrangements, including technology setup and material distribution
- Ensure compliance with company policies and training standards
- Assist with the development and maintenance of training databases and systems
Training Outcome
A full-time permanent role within the company upon successful completion of apprenticeship.
