Full Job Description
You'll play a key administrative and coordination role across a range of projects, including managing training schedules, supporting learners and associate trainers, and developing our on-demand training offer. You'll work closely with colleagues across Lancashire Mind, particularly within the Workplace Wellbeing and Training and External Relations teams, building strong relationships with partners, organisations and learners.
To succeed in the role, you will need to be confident, with strong communication skills and experience of using booking systems, driven and have the ability to work autonomously in the community.
We're an independent charity, based in Chorley and working for the people of Lancashire. Our committed and energetic team of staff, trustees and volunteers are passionate about making a difference to the mental health of people living and working in Lancashire.
Above all, we want someone who believes in our vision of a Lancashire where everyone has the opportunity to have the best mental health and wellbeing possible.
We aim to be a supportive and inclusive employer and offer a range of benefits, including:
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata), with additional closure days between Christmas and New Year
Long service leave and the option to buy or sell annual leave
A paid wellbeing half-day and staff wellbeing activities throughout the year
Employee Assistance Programme for you and your immediate family
Workplace pension scheme and enhanced sick pay
Regular supervision, protected time for reflection, and learning and development opportunities
Above all, we are a friendly and supportive place to work, where staff are valued and encouraged to grow.
