Role Overview: As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering and assessing mandatory and specialist training. This includes: Mandatory inductions and updates Practical skill assessments Ensuring colleagues are up to date and knowledgeable in delivering high-quality care The successful candidate will be based in the Oxford area and will be expected to travel to Active Care Group sites and training venues within an approximate 100-mile radius including overnight stop overs. What you'll be working: The standard working hours for this role are 37.5 hours per week, from 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Training qualification i.e. Teaching & Assessing award L3, Mentorship award, Moving and Handling Trainer and/or Assessor, or willing to work towards.Minimum of 18 months of occupational competency in Health & Social Care.Experience working with individuals with physical and/or neurological conditions.Strong presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Computer literate, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences.A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (travel may include overnight stays).
