Full Job Description
We are looking for someone who has knowledge of relevant Welding and Fabrication qualifications and working within an industrial environment. You will be educated to minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent standard in Welding and Fabrication, along with a TAQA Level 3 (or equivalent), or willing to work towards this. You will have the ability to connect with a diverse range of learners and inspire individuals from all backgrounds to achieve their full potential.
Bridgend College recognises its responsibility to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students. The above post is subject to a satisfactory/enhanced DBS disclosure for child and adult workforce and registration as a Work Based Learning Practitioner with the Education Workforce Council.

Salary dependent on qualifications:
No TAQA: Scale 5 (£30,165 to £33,119 per annum)
TAQA no PGCE: Scale 6 to SO1 (£34,204 - £40,503 per annum)
TAQA and PGCE: SO2 to PO2 (£41,729 - £49,061 per annum)
