Trainer Assessor

The successful candidates will join our effective team of vocational experts and educators, delivering a range of courses, currently including our well established apprenticeships from level 2 to level 5 in:

• business, leadership, management and administration;
• customer service;
• payroll;
• education
Also supporting our other work-based programmes including leadership and management, and post-compulsory education. Working as part of our team you will deliver online or blended learning classes, contribute to planning and resource development, track progress, and carry out pastoral support and reviews. This role offers a substantial amount of working remotely from home, with access to office bases and learning centres across the county. Are you experienced in business administration, adult social care, early years, post-compulsory education or payroll profession? • Relevant vocational subject qualification and experience.
• An assessor qualification at level 3 or above. Applicants who do not hold this are expected to start this within the probationary period. The post holder would be eligible to take this course in-house with a funded place on our Assessor Award.

• Excellent organisation and record keeping skills.
