Overview Role: Trainee White Goods Engineer Location: Stanford-le-Hope Tilbury Customer Service Centre Employment: Permanent, Full Time Salary: £28k - £32k, possible OTE £31k - £35k Shift Pattern: ~41 hours per week, 5 days over 7 (some Saturdays on rostered basis), no Sundays. Responsibilities
- Drive company van and organise own day-to-day schedule.
- Test, diagnose and repair white goods at customers' homes.
- Apply technical knowledge across a range of household appliances.
- Build the reputation of the service team as a home-services expert.
- Maintain a positive rapport with customers to restore confidence in their appliances. Qualifications
- Proven experience in white goods repairs.
- Full UK/EU driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
- ACS qualifications (or equivalent) in Essential Gas Safety Domestic (CCN1) and Gas Cookers & Ranges (CKR1) are preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer-service orientation and a desire to deliver satisfaction. Benefits
