Overview Role: Trainee White Goods Engineer Location: Stanford-le-Hope Tilbury Customer Service Centre Employment: Permanent, Full Time Salary: £28k - £32k, possible OTE £31k - £35k Shift Pattern: ~41 hours per week, 5 days over 7 (some Saturdays on rostered basis), no Sundays. Responsibilities

  • Drive company van and organise own day-to-day schedule.
  • Test, diagnose and repair white goods at customers' homes.
  • Apply technical knowledge across a range of household appliances.
  • Build the reputation of the service team as a home-services expert.
  • Maintain a positive rapport with customers to restore confidence in their appliances.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in white goods repairs.
  • Full UK/EU driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • ACS qualifications (or equivalent) in Essential Gas Safety Domestic (CCN1) and Gas Cookers & Ranges (CKR1) are preferred but not essential.
  • Strong customer-service orientation and a desire to deliver satisfaction.
