Trainee Visitor Experience Assistant

The Recruit- Ability programme provides paid work experience and training placements for people who have a disability. Additionally, participants can expect to receive full support, advice and access to training courses., We are looking for someone to support to our Visitor Experience Team by providing practical and administrative support with day-to-day activities, events, and front of house operations.

This placement is interesting and varied - your duties will include preparing and setting up for events and workshops, welcoming visitors to the Gallery and helping in the Gallery Shop. You will also assist with the ordering of stock and help to produce worksheets and other learning resources, in particular for the Sunday Art Club.

If you have an interest in art, great customer service skills and have an understanding of administration, including using computer packages, we would love to hear from you!
