As a Trainee Valuer / Sales Negotiator, you will be at the forefront of the business. Your responsibilities will include generating valuation leads, attending appointments, and converting opportunities into new instructions. You will also be involved in property viewings, negotiating offers, and supporting clients throughout the sales process to ensure each transaction progresses as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
A highly respected independent estate agency in the South Benfleet area is seeking a driven Trainee Valuer/ Sales Negotiator to join their successful and close-knit team. Our client is open to considering strong sales professionals with a proven track record in face-to-face sales who are looking to transition into the estate agency industry. - Proven track record in a face-to-face sales environment
- Strong understanding of the local area

- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
Basic salary up to £28,000 (depending on experience) - OTE of £35,000
