Trainee Territory Manager

Graduation from a post-secondary education program is preferred with a major in Sales, Marketing, Commerce or Business Admin.
Introductory experience in commission sales or managing your own small business is preferred.
Fluent in English
You have a track-record of setting your own goals and then meeting or beating them -- but you never sacrifice your personal integrity along the way.
You're a true people person. You have a natural curiosity about absolutely everyone you meet.
You have a strong learning ability, coupled with a desire to learn more about everything around you.

You'll be thoroughly trained to eventually become a Territory Sales Manager. As a Trainee Territory Manager you'll be given hands-on learning, surrounding every aspect of the auction business. Students in their final year of studies or candidates with no more than 3 years working experience are eligible to participate in this program. We will groom you to become a successful member of our top-tier sales team!

The Opportunity:
Grab your steel-toed boots! In this program, you'll train to become a Territory Manager for Ritchie Bros. You'll be exposed to hands-on learning, surrounding every aspect of the auction business: yard operations, heavy equipment inspections and appraisals, customer service, marketing, and sales and territory management. You will learn how to become a Trusted Advisor and an expert at putting your time and energy where it will have the most impact.
