Trainee Support Analyst - Ripon (Hybrid Working)

As a Trainee Support Analyst based in Ripon, you’ll be responsible for:
Acting as the first point of contact for IT support via phone, self-service, and live chat
Delivering excellent customer service to colleagues across the business
Managing and resolving IT queries while maintaining high customer experience standards
Supporting key ITIL processes and assisting with major or sensitive incidents
Contributing to IT projects and wider Service Desk initiatives as required
This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.

A keen interest in starting or progressing a career in IT support
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Willingness to learn and develop with guidance from experienced team members
Previous Service Desk experience (or transferable skills) is advantageous but not essential
