Trainee Sales Executive

Gleeson Homes are recruiting Trainee Sales Executives to join our growing Sales team within our Midlands region on a 18 month fixed-term contract with opportunities available across the Mansfield and Horncastle areas. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to build a successful career in sales while gaining a nationally recognised qualification.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Trainee Sales Executive, you'll learn how to:Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the home-buying journey.
Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Identify and follow up sales opportunities across multiple channels.
Support the promotion and sale of Gleeson Homes developments.
Work closely with Sales and Construction teams to achieve site and regional sales targets.
Develop the skills and confidence needed to progress into a Sales Executive role.

Full UK Driving Licence Essential
Willingness to travel across to different sites when required

You'll complete a nationally recognised Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship alongside practical, hands-on experience within the business.

Salary ProgressionCompetitive starting salary
Year 2 salary: £25,600
Progression to Sales Executive (£27,000+) upon successful completion of the programme and competency achievement, Benefits26 days holiday plus bank holidays
