Full Job Description

  • Welcome and engage customers professionally, keeping them informed throughout their vehicle's repair
  • Schedule workshop appointments, confirm bookings, and maintain accurate customer records
  • Promote additional services based on technician recommendations
  • Manage secure movement of retail vehicles and maintain precise records
  • Prepare vehicles to brand and customer standards before delivery
  • Accept and check deliveries of new and used vehicles, reporting issues promptly
  • Complete timely appraisals of vehicles taken into stock and arrange required work
  • Direct and prioritise tasks for Workshop Controller and Valentes.
  • Maintain showroom, demonstrators, and used car stock to required standards, including weekly checks
  • Ensure approved used cars are prepared within five working days and maintain photographic standards above 90%
  • Conduct pre-appointment customer calls to confirm bookings, ensure readiness, and address any preliminary questions
  • Keep auction vehicles ready for collection with all paperwork completed

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers professionally and build trust
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities for scheduling and prioritising tasks
  • Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and vehicle checks
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Problem-solving skills to address discrepancies and ensure smooth operations
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or automotive environment is desirable
  • Competence in using dealership or service management systems for bookings and records
  • A valid UK driving licence is essential
