Forces.What You'll DoAs a Trainee Rural Operative, you will have the opportunity to learn and master various aspects of estate management, including:Learn rural estate maintenance- practical skills in maintaining and enhancing rural landscapesCarry out stone track repairs - learn techniques for repairing and maintaining stone tracksOperate fleet and plant machinery- tractors, diggers, strimmers, chainsaws and small plant (full training provided)Support fence repairs- maintain and repair fencing across the estateAssist with forestry tasks- tree planting, felling, vegetation management and small-scale forestryContribute to conservation work - habitat restoration, pond works, rabbit habitats and Scheduled Ancient Monument maintenanceWhat We're Looking ForEnthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and committed to a future in rural estate management. The ideal candidate will have:Strong interest in rural estate maintenance, forestry or countryside/environmental managementComfortable
