Trainee Robot Operative

This is a role where you will be involved in an extensive 12 week training programme to learn new skills and become an expert in working our robot sprayer. In a nutshell, you will be responsible for: Inspecting the quality of our Shaws sinks to ensure there is no damage as well as operating and maintaining our robotic spray systems to apply engobe undercoat and glaze paint to clay sinks with precision and consistency. You'll ensure every sink meets our exacting standards before it moves to the kiln department, taking pride in your craftsmanship and attention to detail. What you are already great at:
