Trainee Primary Teacher

This is a salaried teacher training programme designed for graduates and aspiring teachers who are ready to take their first formal step into the profession while earning and training at the same time. As a graduate trainee in this classroom-based role, you will:

• Support teaching and learning within a class or multiple classes
• Assist with SATs preparation, Literacy and Numeracy and both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 curriculum delivery and support
• Deliver small group interventions in subjects like English and Mathematics
• Support assessment, marking, and pupil progress tracking
• Gradually take responsibility for parts of lessons as your confidence grows
This graduate teaching role in North London provides structured classroom experience while completing Grad2Teach's Level 4 qualification (Phase One). It is a clear pathway into Phase Two and a PGCE route leading to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)., With Grad2Teach, your development as a Primary trainee teacher in North London will be structured and supported. You will receive:
• Completion of Phase One - Level 4 qualification
• Training aligned to the Core Content Framework (CCF)
