Trainee Payments Officer

Reports to Client Relationship Manager The purpose of this position is to carry out routine day-to-day processes that support the operations for the Real Assets Luxembourg payments team under the direction of a Client Relationship Manager., Inputting payments on various online banking platforms Updating records on Yardi, eFront and other relevant systems Assist with weekly or ad hoc reporting process Assist with bank reconciliation process including bank statement checks, payment release checks and reconciliations Scanning and archiving Undertake routine office and clerical tasks

1+ years' experience in an office administrative role. Experience inputting payments or similar will be highly regarded Computer literacy skills are essential Some technical financial services knowledge (to be supported through the Aztec Academy) Accuracy and attention to detail Good level of English communication, both written and spoken, and experience interacting in a professional manner Use of initiative, team player and eager to learn
