You will report to the Senior Management Accountant, and your responsibilities will include:

• Help produce monthly management reports and the Trust's statutory annual accounts, utilising Trust financial systems.
• Post accounting journals--including accruals and prepayments--to ensure the financial position of services is reflected.
• Explain complex financial data and technical concepts to colleagues without a finance background, ensuring information is understood.
• Communicate with budget holders and service management to provide informed advice and contribute to the delivery of the Trust's Value Improvement Programme
  
  Educated to A Level (or equivalent)
• Experienced in finance and using computerised accounting software
• Able to complete tasks in an agreed timeframe
• Numerate and detail focussed
