- Generate and book new client prospects
- Qualify and service new applicants
- Carry out property viewings
- Negotiate offers and progress lets to exchange & completion.
- Administer tenancies (with support)
- Provide outstanding customer service
We're looking for a motivated individual to be our next Trainee Lettings Negotiator for our fantastic Dixons team based in Redditch., Do you have a natural ability to communicate and persuade? Are you confident, competitive, and resilient? If you answered yes, we'd love to hear from you! - Full UK Driving License
- Suitable backgrounds can include retail, call centre, hospitality - but as long as you have the right attitude, you will succeed!
