We are recruiting a driven, people-focused Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our friendly and ambitious team at haart Estate Agents in Clacton. At haart, we provide you with the training, coaching and support you need to build your knowledge, develop your confidence and become a successful Lettings Negotiator. From building relationships with landlords and tenants to arranging viewings and helping people find their next home, no two days will be the same., Your journey as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

• Purpose-built training location
• Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
• Day-to-day learning led by our industry experts
• Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
• Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay
How you will make an impact as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Clacton:
• Market properties to potential tenants
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers
• Agree new tenancies
• Generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor

  Full UK Driving Licence must be for a manual or automatic car
• Before starting with us, you will need to provide proof of business insurance for your vehicle.

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Clacton, you will receive:
• £28000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Additional bonus scheme
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
