- Generate and book property valuations and rental appraisals
- Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants

To be successful as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you will: - Be passionate about delivering outstanding customer care and service
- Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
