Responsibilities and Benefits

• Learn to become a driving instructor with comprehensive training


• Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour


• Earn up to £39k per year working 32 hours/week


• Working 40 hours/week can earn an average of £50,000+


• Work the hours you want - weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time


• Teach locally (typically within a 30-minute radius, covering 6-8 postcodes)


• Dual-control car options available via partner providers


• Start earning sooner with flexible training options

Training & Requirements

You'll train through our new Training Academy, designed for complete beginners. Training combines online learning, live classroom support, and structured in-car coaching. We guide you through DVSA Parts 1, 2, and 3, and provide lesson plans, resources, and ongoing support to help you qualify with confidence.

DVSA Requirements

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years


• Have no more than 5 penalty points


• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years
