As a Trainee High Intensity CBT Therapist, you will work with a diverse team offering both clinical and non-clinical support to children, young people, and their families across Swindon., The successful candidate will assess and, under supervision, deliver evidence-based, outcome-focused interventions to children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties, working collaboratively with them and their families to develop appropriate intervention plans and agreed outcomes. The role will involve completing assessments, managing risk and safeguarding concerns, providing evidence-based psychological support including guided self-help, managing an agreed caseload and maintaining accurate clinical records and outcome data. The postholder will work closely with multidisciplinary and multi-agency teams, educational settings and other services, making appropriate referrals and escalating cases where needs or risks fall outside their scope of practice. They will also contribute to the development of clinical and training materials, participate in service evaluation and data collection, and support timely access to interventions in line with service
