Trainee Customer Service Coordinator

You'll start by learning the ropes, gaining hands-on experience and developing the skills needed to become a confident Customer Service professional.

• Helping customers with enquiries and keeping them updated.
• Tracking deliveries and collections for customers
• Account Management - learning how to build business relationships and provide top notch service.
• Supporting customer accounts and preparing reports.
• Working with colleagues to keep everything running smoothly.
• Learning new skills and getting involved in a variety of tasks.
  
  A friendly, confident communicator with the ability to speak to customers and colleagues throughout the business.
• Someone organised, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
• A positive attitude and a great team spirit.
• Good IT skills, including basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
• GCSE passes in English and Maths.
• Previous customer service experience will be a huge bonus
