Trainee Cruise Consultant

• Educated to GCSE-level or equivalent, with a C or 4 in Maths and English.

• Highly organised and able to manage tasks to meet deadlines.

As we continue to grow, we are now strengthening our Reservations team with a Trainee Cruise Sales Consultant in our Ipswich Head Office. Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Dealing with customer enquiries and reservations in a polite and professional manner.
• Building and maintaining your own knowledge library on rates, prices and terms of business.
• Effectively promoting all relevant Fred. Olsen products to customers.
• Confirming bookings and upselling all relevant products.
• Selling the Fred. Olsen products and brand to customers.
  
  This is a permanent, full-time role, working 35 hours a week Monday to Friday and every other Saturday. A day off during the week will be rewarded when a Saturday is worked.
