Full Job Description
Due to a rapidly expanding cardiology service, significant investment is planned for the service shortly. This will provide an exciting opportunity to be involved in the cutting edge of cardiology and to help shape future cardiac services in Kent.
You will need to apply for a place at the University of Middlesex on the BSc Healthcare Science (Cardiac) apprenticeship. You therefore should meet the entry requirements for the programme in order to be considered for this post (2 A levels or equivalent ideally in science, plus Math's and English GCSE / Level 2 or equivalent). Experience in a Cardiology department is essential for this training post. You will be paid Annex 21 of a band 5 (equivalent to band 4) for the duration of the programme. This equates to the following: 1st year - £24,567.40, 2nd year - £26,457.20, 3rd year - £28,347. On successful completion of the programme you would be paid band 5.
