Trainee Anatomical Pathology Technician

We have an exciting opportunity for an Anatomical Pathology Technologist at George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust to join the Mortuary Department. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a high-quality, cost-effective, and patient-focused mortuary service, ensuring all activities are carried out in line with professional standards and Trust objectives. Working as part of the Mortuary team, you will assist in providing an efficient and compassionate service, contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the department while maintaining the highest standards of care, dignity, and professionalism.

As an Anatomical Pathology Technologist, you will be responsible for carrying out duties across the full range of mortuary services, ensuring activities are completed in line with departmental procedures and professional requirements. You will work within different areas of the mortuary facility, adapting to varying service demands and maintaining operational standards.
