Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team as a trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner. The successful applicant will be a Registered Allied Health Professional or Nurse with considerable clinical experience. The post holder will be an active senior leader in North Manchester, offering leadership and guidance to the wider team and will be involved in service development work. You will provide clinical interventions and work closely with the team to give clinical direction and oversight, provide supervision and work in collaboration with the multi disciplinary team. A thorough understanding of the Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act and Human Rights Act will be essential to the role as these will provide the framework for all consideration.,
- Ability to practice at an advanced clinical level and exercise high levels of judgement, discretion and decision-making in clinical care.
- Provide clinical leadership, expert practice, advanced knowledge, and strategic direction on all aspects of adult acute mental health at Meadowbrook.
- Providing clinical leadership and management leading to the provision of safe, quality, effective care.
- Improving workforce knowledge and practice through the provision of an inpatient education and training
- Leading improvements in the quality of care and safety through service development, evaluation and audit.
