Traffic Operator

We are seeking an asertive and proactive individual to join our busy Traffic Office team based in Tilbury. We are looking for people who will play a vital part in supporting our operations by coordinating collections, deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. • Monitor and manage collections and deliveries using vehicle tracking and traffic management systems
• Maintain accurate and timely data entry related to shipments
• Communicate effectively with drivers, depots, and customers to provide clear updates and resolve queries promptly
• Ensure client enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to support smooth operational flow
• Support continuous improvement by learning new systems and processes
• For experienced candidates, potential to take on management responsibilities and help lead the team
