Traffic Management Operative

As a Traffic Management Operative, you'll be working within the Natural Resources team, supporting them in maintaining safe and efficient traffic management services. Your day to day will include:

• Installing, maintaining, and removing multiple traffic management set-ups to ensure site safety
• Pre-setting road closures and advanced signage
• Working flexibly on a rota basis to cover nights, weekends, and call-outs
• Collaborating with colleagues to deliver excellent service standards
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
  
  Hold a Full driving licence
• Are Lantra qualified (M1/M2 minimum)
• Can work away from home when needed (accommodation or allowance provided)
• Are a strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Are committed to maintaining high safety standards
  
  In this rewarding role, you'll be working on the Anglian Water alliance, where you'll play a vital part in maintaining water supply systems, responding to emergencies such as water bursts, and supporting the development of innovative solutions to better serve customers.
