Your role as a Traffic Management IPV Foreman: As a key member of our team, you will
- Leading Crews:Overseeing the safe deployment of traffic management equipment such as cones, signs, and barriers.
- IPV Operation:Driving and operating lorry-mounted crash covers(IPV) to protect workers from live traffic.
- Compliance & Safety:Ensuring all operations comply with Chapter 8regulations and site-specificrisk assessments.
- Site Coordination:Communicating with Traffic Safety Control Officers(TSCO) or site managers to maintain efficient workflow.
- Training and Mentoring:Guidingtrainee operativeson safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications:12b LTMO or 12a Traffic Management Foreman qualification - Knowledge: Familiarity with Chapter 8 regulations
- Driving Licence: Full licence with no more than 6 points. Any driving bans must have expired at least 5 years ago
- Testing: Must pass a drug and alcohol test (offer contingent on results)
- Attitude: Positive, "can-do" mindset
- Skills: Adaptability, flexibility, and meticulous attention to detail
- IPV qualification
- HGV licence
