Job DescriptionDescriptionJoin our dynamic team as a Traffic Management Administrator and play a vital role in supporting our Planning Manager! In this position, you will ensure that all works are efficiently captured and booked through our management system. You'll be the key liaison between internal and external clients, assisting with commercial inquiries and ensuring smooth operations.Hours for this role: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to FridayKey ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for someone who can: Provide exceptional front-line telephone support to both internal and external customers. Meet all client and operational requirements with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain timely and accurate input of information into our works management systems, ensuring all issues are recorded and escalated. Deliver the highest level of customer service, ensuring excellent satisfaction every time. Coordinate and distribute operational job packs effectively. Generate daily and weekly reports to

ensure service levels and objectives are met. Contribute positively to the team by providing innovative solutions and embracing change. Report safety issues in accordance with company procedures.Experience and QualificationsTo thrive in this role, you should have: Experience in an administrative or planning role. The ability to prioritize workload, multi-task, and work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and IT skills.
