Full Job Description

  • Building and maintaining excellent broker relationships through regular
    • engagement
  • Applying pricing strategies and risk assessment techniques to drive profitable
    • growth
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share insights and improve underwriting
    • practices
  • Contributing to process improvements and supporting broker team ideas
  • Representing our brand at broker meeting, industry events and field visits as
    • needed.

  • Experience either working in Underwriting from a Commercial or Personal Lines
    • background or experience of agricultural insurance from a claims or underwriting background.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to identify areas for growth and driving
    • new business
  • The ability to build and maintain Broker relationships or ideally have existing
    • relationships with brokers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A sharp eye for detail
