Full Job Description
At AO, we're all about making life easier-and that includes how we bring brands to life for our customers. We don't just run campaigns; we create moments that stand out, deliver real value, and help our partners shine. We're looking for a Trade Marketing Executive to deliver brilliant, supplier-funded campaigns that drive sales and make an impact. You'll work across different categories to turn ideas into seamless activations-making sure everything lands on time, on brief, and delivers against its goals. Working closely with Account Managers, "you'll get to grips with each campaign-understanding what it's aiming to achieve", the "why," and what success looks like. You'll be comfortable getting stuck into execution as you are analysing performance and spotting ways to make things even better next time. You'll own campaigns, build strong relationships, collaborating with teams across the business to make it happen, whilst making smart decisions that drive both sales and supplier investment.,
- You'll be right in the middle of the action-bringing campaigns to life from idea to execution and beyond.
- Partnering with our Account Management team to plan, manage, and deliver best-in-class campaign activations
- Taking campaign briefs and turning strategy into seamless execution across all marketing channels
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure every campaign lands on time, on brand, and on point
- Managing system briefings for campaigns and activations
- Owning post-campaign reporting, delivering clear insights on performance and ROI
- Creating and managing supplier reporting packs-accurate, insightful, and always on time
- Leading on membership activity, including star deals and member takeovers-planning, activation, and reporting from start to finish

Our people are our superpower, and we're unstoppable when we're together! We want your ideas to flow, and what better way to make that happen than being based onsite, 5 days a week, where our culture fuels creativity, collaboration and growth. If a £1 bet in the pub between two friends can become the UKs most trusted electrical retailer, imagine what else can be achieved when we're together., Highly organised and always one step ahead-you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love keeping things moving smoothly, even when there's a lot going on - You're comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once, knowing exactly what needs your attention and when
- A confident communicator-you build great relationships and work brilliantly with teams across the business to get things done
- Detail-obsessed, you care about getting things right, whether that's reporting, data accuracy, or making sure every campaign lands exactly as planned
- Commercially aware, you understand what success looks like, why it matters, and how to measure it, always looking for ways to improve results
- Experience in marketing, campaign execution, or trade marketing-with the energy, and a willingness to get stuck in
