Trade Engineer (Carpenter) Location: Solihull Salary: £ 24.65p/h Contract: 3 months, with potential to go permanent Hours: 37 hours per week Monday-Thursday: 8am-4pm | Friday: 8am-3:30pmThe RoleWe're looking for a skilled and qualified Trade Engineer (Carpenter) to join our Voids Team. Reporting to the Supervisor, you'll carry out repairs, maintenance and planned works across residential properties, public buildings and commercial premises, with a particular focus on void kitchens and bathrooms.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out carpentry repairs, installations and planned worksUndertake associated multi-skilled tasks where requiredComplete repairs and refurbishments within void kitchens and bathroomsDiagnose and rectify faults within your tradeEnsure all work complies with Health & Safety, regulatory and compliance requirementsManage company equipment, materials and van stockWork efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanshipParticipate in an emergency call-out rota where
