Full Job Description
We're looking for a Trade Delivery and Response Manager to join our Retail Excellence team at Co-op. In this role, you'll support the delivery of key trade plans and events, making sure they land effectively in stores, while also playing a key part in how we manage and respond to operational incidents. You'll take ownership of trade issues through to resolution, either partnering with Operational Category Managers or leading fixes end-to-end. Working cross-functionally across teams, you'll use your commercial and operational understanding to drive the right outcomes for our stores, colleagues, customers and franchise partners. Why this job matters You'll help make sure stores and partners get the right support when they need it, owning trade issues through to resolution and working across teams to drive the best outcomes. Through strong relationships and confident influencing, you'll keep operations running smoothly while shaping both immediate delivery and longer-term plans. What you'll do
- Work closely with Directors of Operations, Field Managers and franchise partners to gather feedback, prioritise issues and make sure that fixes are delivered
- Support the creation of key trade and seasonal events activity and lead the communication and execution requirements to our stores and operational field teams.
- Oversee "hypercare" for critical trade activity, making sure its operationally assured for colleagues, customers and partners
- Lead the resolution of non-category trade issues, business partnering across various central teams to deliver the right outcome for stores.
- Partner with Operational Category Managers, handing over category-specific issues where needed
- Manage escalations across service desks (OSS, Facilities, HR, Logistics and IT), making sure that issues are resolved end-to-end
- Maintain service delivery logs and monitor performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities
