Full Job Description
- Ensure compliance with global trade regulations, including customs laws, export controls, sanctions, and embargoes
- Maintain Trade Compliance manuals, SOPs, and internal control frameworks
- Guide suppliers and internal teams on compliance requirements and documentation standards
- Monitor import/export recordkeeping, valuation, duty management, and preferential trade programs
- Track regulatory changes worldwide and assess their impact on the business
- Manage relationships with customs brokers, external counsel, and regulatory authorities
- Support audits, investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide trade compliance input for new product introductions and supply chain changes, 1. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus demonstrable experience in trade compliance or customs
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, HS classification, origin rules, and export control regimes
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and customs management tools
- Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Highly detail-oriented, structured, and able to work independently in a complex global environment
