Full Job Description

  • Ensure compliance with global trade regulations, including customs laws, export controls, sanctions, and embargoes
  • Maintain Trade Compliance manuals, SOPs, and internal control frameworks
  • Guide suppliers and internal teams on compliance requirements and documentation standards
  • Monitor import/export recordkeeping, valuation, duty management, and preferential trade programs
  • Track regulatory changes worldwide and assess their impact on the business
  • Manage relationships with customs brokers, external counsel, and regulatory authorities
  • Support audits, investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus demonstrable experience in trade compliance or customs
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations, HS classification, origin rules, and export control regimes
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and customs management tools
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Highly detail-oriented, structured, and able to work independently in a complex global environment
