• Provide high-quality, person-centred care to patients with tracheostomies. Provide safe and effective tracheostomy care and management. Monitor patients' respiratory condition and identify changes promptly. Carry out suctioning and other tracheostomy-related clinical procedures within your competence. Administer medication and treatments as prescribed. Maintain accurate clinical records and care documentation. Work collaboratively with doctors, healthcare professionals, families, and support staff. Respond appropriately to emergencies and escalate concerns when required. Maintain high standards of infection prevention, patient safety, and clinical practice. Requirements Valid NMC Registration Right to work in the UK Minimum 6 months' nursing experience Recent experience in tracheostomy care
