We are seeking a highly skilled Toolchain Integration Engineer to join our team, focusing on optimizing and managing development environments for embedded systems. This role plays a critical part in supporting software development workflows, particularly in automotive and embedded domains, by ensuring seamless integration and maintenance of essential tools and infrastructure. You will contribute to high-quality, safety-critical system development through efficient toolchain management and continuous improvement practices. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Configure, maintain, and optimize toolchains to support embedded software development and testing.
• Administer version control systems (e.g., Git), continuous integration pipelines (e.g., Jenkins), and automation frameworks to improve developer productivity.
• Implement and manage static code analysis, debugging tools, and software quality checks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, systems engineers, and quality assurance to ensure robust tool integration.
• Monitor tool performance and lead initiatives to streamline development processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure traceability for audits and compliance purposes.
• Contribute to process improvements, internal tooling development, and DevOps practices within the engineering organization.
