Full Job Description
To repair, maintain and develop production Mould Tools.
Main Duties:
·
Support Safety Checks and Improvement activities as required.
·
Carry out preventative maintenance according to schedule and documented procedure.
·
Carry out repairs with the objective of preventing re-occurrence and improving tool robustness.
·
Maintain tool work records and complete necessary Toolroom documentation.
·
Support the improvement and maintenance of 5S standards.
·
Carry out root cause analysis when appropriate to ensure robustness of corrective actions and repairs.
·
Must have extensive mould tool experience and traditional bench-fitting skills.
·
Repair and maintenance of hot runner systems.
·
The role involves working a shift system, you must be willing to work shifts.
·
Any other duties as requested by the business.
Experienced automotive or similar high volume industry.
Working Hours
3 shift rotating pattern.
Monday to Thursday 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am
Fridays 6am-1pm /1pm-8pm / 8pm-3am
