Tissue Viability Staff Nurse

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious candidate to join the Central Treatment Suite Team as a Tissue Viability Staff Nurse. You will work closely with the Tissue Viability Nurse Specialist and assist in the delivery of internal and external quality standards, ensuring patients receive treatment in the timeliest way possible., The post holder will undertake work in all aspects of tissue viability, including general wound care, pressure area management and leg ulcer care, in order to enable cost effective high quality continuity of care for all patients, staff and students working within the trust.

The post holder will also participate in audits and teaching of staff undertaking placements in the Central Treatment Suite and collaborate with outside agencies such as the community nursing services to uphold working relationships where required.
