Tissue Viability Nurse

You will work autonomously and collaboratively to provide expert advice, lead clinical decision-making, and contribute to service development through audit, education, and implementation of evidence-based practice. We are looking for a clinician with strong clinical judgement, excellent communication and influencing skills, and the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams. You should be confident in managing competing priorities, committed to continuous professional development, and able to translate research into practice. Leadership, teaching ability, and a proactive approach to improving patient care and staff competence are essential, alongside a genuine commitment to quality, safety, and equitable care for all patients.
