Timetabler and Academic Administrator
The role has a diverse range of responsibilities including delivery of Timetable and general administration support in line with vision and principles set out by the Headmaster and SLT within a timeframe as set by the Deputy Head. You will need strong attention to detail and have the ability to prioritise the workload. Flexibility and adaptability are key personal attributes required to fulfil the role. You must be a team player and have a 'can do' attitude.
Start Date: 1st September 2025
Contract type: Permanent, Part Time, Term Time plus 6 weeks (Some working time will be required in July and August)
Reporting to: Deputy Head, Academic, Senior School
Salary: from £21,963 to £25,618 (£29,988 to £34,986 FTE)
Disclosure Level: Enhanced
Hours of work: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08.00 - 14.30 (including 30 minutes unpaid lunch break)
