TikTok Analyst Summer Internship 2025

L'Oréal UKI is seeking a highly motivated and data-driven intern to support the launch and implementation of TikTok Navigator, a new analytics tool designed to enhance our brand performance on TikTok. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a cutting-edge project, gain practical experience in data analysis, business development, and training within the beauty industry's dynamic digital landscape.,

• Data Validation and Analysis: Validate the data within TikTok Navigator, ensuring accuracy and identifying any discrepancies. Analyse data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for L'Oréal brands on TikTok.
• Business Case Development: Develop compelling business cases demonstrating the value and potential applications of TikTok Navigator. Showcase how the tool can be used to improve brand strategy, content creation, and campaign performance on the platform. Present these cases to key stakeholders within the UKI division.
• Training Support: Assist the UKI E-Commerce Acceleration Lead in developing and delivering training sessions for L'Oréal divisions and key users on TikTok Navigator. This includes creating training materials, coordinating logistics, and providing technical support to participants.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with various teams within L'Oréal UKI, including marketing, e-commerce, and analytics, to ensure the effective adoption and utilization of TikTok Navigator. Communicate findings and insights clearly and concisely to different audiences.
• Project Management: Support the project management of the TikTok Navigator rollout, tracking progress, identifying roadblocks, and proposing solutions.
  
  Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets). Knowledge of statistical software (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for social media, particularly TikTok, and an understanding of the beauty industry is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) is essential.
