Ticket Sales Executive

We are looking for a Ticket Sales Executive to join our team and support the Ticket Sales Management team in the effective delivery of sales strategies and ticketing operations for Sadler's Wells., We are looking for a resourceful and driven individual to join our Visitor Services Team as a Stage Door & Box Office Supervisor. Based in our main administration building (which can be very busy, particularly in the height of the summer), you will oversee the Stage Door operation and assist with Box Office enquiries and bookings.

You will have the following skills and experience:

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and galvanise a team to achieve organisational goals
• Experience of working and supporting colleagues in a customer service or sales role
• Data literate with experience of working with a Ticketing or CRM system (preferably Tessitura and an understanding of data analysis and customer data extraction, Nottingham Playhouse is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic wardrobe professional to head up the Wardrobe Department for the 2027 UK & Ireland tour of PUNCH.
