Are you passionate about resolving claims fairly and efficiently? Join us as a Third Party Motor Claims Handler and be part of a team that values customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Main Duties:
Handle incoming third-party claims with professionalism
Evaluate liability and recommend settlement strategies
Liaise with repairers, legal teams, and customers
Keep claims records up-to-date
Minimum 2 year experience in claims handling (motor insurance preferred)
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workloads
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Salary: 23,000 to 31,150 (DOE)
