Role Responsibilities

• Create engaging, exciting learning experiences for children
• Lead and inspire your nursery team with enthusiasm and creativity
• Support children's development and maintain positive relationships with families
• Plan fun, educational activities to spark curiosity and growth
• Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene

Required Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage, ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader or Nursery Room Manager
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• A passion for fostering children's development and creating positive relationships with families
