Our MDTs will deliver daily evidence-based therapeutic interventions, specifically designed to support people reach their maximum dependency state, using therapy outcome measures to demonstrate our success in achieving this. Our ethos is that the rehabilitation, recovery and reablement of service users is everybodys business.
