Full Job Description

With three CQC Outstanding homes, we're looking for a compassionate Therapy Assistant to support our multidisciplinary therapy team and make a real difference every day. What You'll Do

  • Support Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists with rehabilitation programmes.
  • Help residents improve their mobility, independence and wellbeing.
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
  • Assist with therapy sessions, documentation and daily clinical activities.

    Are you passionate about helping people regain their independence and improve their quality of life?, Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
  • Previous Therapy Assistant experience or a relevant qualification (including Physiotherapy graduates awaiting HCPC registration)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive, caring and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work well within a team
