Full Job Description
As a Therapy Assistant, you will be required to assist our team in the delivery of treatment of patients, working in their own homes or in residential settings. You will be working without direct supervision undertaking tasks delegated by qualified staff and will be expected to take an active role in co-ordinating, delivering and evaluating individual patient care., To implement treatment programmes to patients in the community who have been assessed initially by qualified staff in the Falls and Fracture Liaison Service.
To take responsibility for an active caseload under the direction of the qualified therapy staff. This will include the treatment of patients in their own homes, clinics, residential and nursing care settings, working as a lone worker.

The Community Occupational Therapy Service based at Radcliffe are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated person to join our team alongside our experienced Occupational Therapy staff., An ability to travel to different geographical locations across the Trust footprint in line with service needs is essential, and a full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle would be desirable for this community role.
