Therapist- CAMHS

You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.,

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based CBT and/or DBT interventions to adults and/or young people in line with Priory care pathways and best-practice guidelines
• Complete comprehensive assessments, risk assessments, and clinical formulations to support safe and effective treatment planning
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation in accordance with Priory policies, safeguarding standards, and regulatory requirements
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to care reviews, outcome monitoring, and service improvement initiatives
• Participate in regular clinical supervision, reflective practice, and continuous professional development in line with Priory values
